As a Calgary REALTOR® and Mortgage Associate with more than 18 years of experience, I help clients make clear, confident decisions through one of the largest financial transactions of their lives.

With licensing in both real estate and mortgages, I look at the full picture: price, financing, timing, inspections, conditions, resale value, contract terms, and negotiation. My goal is to protect your interests, reduce surprises, and help you make good decisions without feeling pressured.

For buyers, I help you buy the right home by reviewing comparable sales, identifying concerns, explaining neighbourhood differences, long-term value, and structuring the offer properly.
I assist with detached homes, townhomes, condos, acreages, luxury homes, investments, relocations, and family moves in Calgary, Cochrane, Airdrie, Okotoks, Chestermere, and nearby communities.
